Entry form for the Next Junior Chess event at St Cuthbert’s in Blackpool on Saturday 9th May.

Note the form has been amended to capture home and school post-codes, these are needed for eligibility criteria for playing in EPSCA (and other) junior events. Players qualify for counties based on their home and/or school.
