Start times and Schedule
Round 1 will be starting at 10:30am – this is to give us a little more time to get boards set up, and it also gives players coming a distance, a little more flexibility with travel arrangements.
We still plan 6 rounds of 15+10, and we will post a more up to date schedule with round start times in the next day or so.
I will also send out an email to everyone who has entered, with details.
We have 50 entries so far, a few more days left before we close entries. Entries will need to close on Thursday 1st October so we get all details checked out in terms of payments and ECF membership checks

* Note: Times reflect upper-bound game lengths (50 mins). Rounds will start earlier if all games conclude ahead of schedule (rolling 10-minute break announced from the arbiter’s desk).
Prizegiving
There will be shields to be awarded to Winners, Runners Up and the Team Trophy. Cash prizes will be paid via BACS, so players who win the cash prizes will be asked to supply bank details. We will contract prize winners via e-mail after the event, if details not left with us on the day.
